POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Manager, Retail Facilities, will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operational activities of our retail facilities. This position will lead a team of Facility Maintenance Managers to ensure all retail locations are well-maintained, operationally efficient, and compliant with safety regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate and oversee the work of the Facility Maintenance Managers to ensure consistency and efficiency across all retail locations.
  • Build and maintain operational relationships to drive consistent cross-functional communication and alignment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facility Maintenance Managers.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all retail facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effective operations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to manage budgets and identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining operational standards.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and contractors. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and compliance documentation.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant work experience.
  • Preferred Certificate: RFMP, CFM
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in facilities management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, cost management, and vendor negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Very well versed in CMMS platforms such as Limble and Service Channel.
  • Experienced in implementing CMMS platforms and providing ongoing training support.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel to various retail locations as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly sits and works on a computer.

Occasionally stands and walks.

Seldom/never lifts up to 50 lbs.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
