WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Manager, Regional Sales, Kia Insurance is responsible for leading regional sales strategy and execution for Hyundai-branded Extended Warranty and F&I products. This role develops dealer relationships, negotiates program and deal structures, monitors regional performance, and drives achievement of sales objectives. This role leads and develops District Sales Managers by providing coaching, guidance, and performance support to strengthen dealer conversion, account development, and product performance. The Sr. Manager partners closely with Regional Finance Managers, OEM field teams, dealer groups, and internal stakeholders to implement regional programs, resolve business opportunities and challenges, and support annual sales growth objectives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive Hyundai-branded Extended Warranty and F&I product growth, including dealer conversion, account development, program/deal structures, and achievement of regional sales objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop District Sales Managers by providing direction, performance feedback, guidance, and support to improve dealer conversion, account performance, collaboration, and achievement of individual and organizational goals.
  • Lead regional dealer, F&I, and field training initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, sales execution, dealer engagement, and overall insurance product performance.
  • Partner with Regional Finance Managers, OEM field teams, dealer groups, dealer councils, advertising associations, and internal HCA departments to implement regional programs, address business opportunities and challenges, and support sales growth objectives.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Minimum 8 years' progressive experience in in automobile finance industry, with a focus on Extended Warranty and/or F&I field sales.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Captive experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
  • MBA a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, Extended Warranty, F&I products, dealer operations, and dealership sales processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of dealer conversion strategies, account development, product penetration, and regional sales performance management.
  • Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies that support business growth, dealer engagement, and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, including the ability to structure programs and deals with dealer partners.
  • Ability to lead, coach, develop, and manage District Sales Managers or field sales teams to achieve individual, regional, and organizational goals.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, dealer groups, OEM field teams, Regional Finance Managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead dealer, F&I, and field training initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, sales execution, and dealer performance.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, including the ability to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve results.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with dealership, field, regional, and leadership audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
