Full Job Description
Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Lead business development and marketing strategy to drive sales for the Automotive Cockpit and HMI applications, including displays, cockpit computer, in-cabin applications, and telematics in collaboration with Infineon sales and product lines
  • Define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, focus on key applications and customers.
  • Responsible for market analysis, competitors' landscape and product gap analysis. Capable to drive and present the opportunity pipeline to Infineon executives.
  • Coordinate with product lines, sales and field application engineers on best practices to demonstrate Infineon power management value proposition and system solutions to drive product adoption and business growth.
  • Create market study and model for relevant Infineon applications in the Americas.
  • Key member of regional marketing team developing new product concepts, innovation, and influencing our application and product roadmaps


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ Year of relevant experience in product marketing, business development or sales, and power management products
  • Strong understanding of power management products and applications to enable sales
  • Good understanding of competitive landscape and key market players
  • Knowledgeable about semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing process
  • Enjoy presenting Infineon power management offerings to facilitate product selection
  • Strong sense of urgency and leadership in solving complicated business challenges
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with customers, present solutions and work closely with Infineon Sales and product lines
  • Self-motivated to learn and take on new topics which may arise during the course of business activity


In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:

Livonia, MI Minimum of $ 148,600 base salary per year / Maximum of $ 204,400 base salary per year
San Jose, CA Minimum of $ 174,300 base salary per year / Maximum of $ 239,700 base salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
