What Drives SuccessDirects and oversees the organizations Strategic Services operations including complex projects, subcontractors and technical training policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures and determining and implementing changes as necessary. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
Duties include, but are not limited to:- Leads and manages large project scope and objectives with Field operations
- Oversees the integration of vendor partnerships tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
- Create and implement SOP, procedures and guidelines for the Department
- Strategically plans and coordinates project scopes in order to meet Company financial objectives
- Creates and drives training initiates throughout the organization
- Optimizes resource utilization and achievement of client expectations
What We Are Looking For- Bachelors Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four year college or related experience
- Minimum 5 years HVAC industry experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
- Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively
- Experience managing P&L
What We OfferCompensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between 120,000 to $150,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for Bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
