Full Job Description
T-Mobile has an exciting opportunity for an attorney with exceptional analytical and communication skills and a talent for creative problem-solving to provide legal guidance to our dynamic business teams. A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts across the legal department and business partners to provide practical, strategic legal guidance and design and implement creative, simple solutions to address complex legal and technological challenges.

The Legal Operations team is looking for a transformative leader to deliver strategic projects for T-Mobile's fast-paced Legal Department. As a Sr Manager, Legal Program Management, this role will lead a small team that facilitates cross-functional transformation initiatives and provides program management support for technical solutions. We're looking for a master communicator and collaborator, who's deeply skilled in process improvements and looking to lead big projects with major impact.

What you'll do in your role.
  • Dive deep to understand Legal department processes and utilize that knowledge to drive strategic, transformational outcomes. Develop a wide network of collaborators within Legal and across the company. Adapt to corporate and environmental changes, keeping track of new procedures, stakeholders, and/or approvals needed to drive Legal programs forward.
  • For in-flight projects, work with Legal leaders to develop strategic outcomes, success measurements, and end-to-end execution plans; liaise between Legal staff and technical developers to draft requirements for automation and workflow improvements; collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to drive the projects forward.
  • Develop digestible team reporting to consolidate and track multiple projects.
  • For launched programs, create procedures and ongoing KPIs to continuously measure our operational model against department goals; analyze KPIs, financials and process flows to target and prioritize areas for improvement. Conduct due diligence into root causes, design and drive new projects as needed achieve the improvements you've surfaced.


The experience you'll bring.
  • 7+ years experience leading large-scale, transformational projects and programs. Experience building detailed work-back and project plans, requirements and user stories, As-Is vs To-Be process flows, project status communications. Full understanding of technical development cycles.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate enterprise operations, and a proven track record of building a network across departments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to confidently present across all levels and departments, including the ability to distill the complex to the simple within your presentations and influence leaders to take action.
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized teams while managing your own portfolio of projects. This is a manager-doer position which will require empathetic leadership and the ability to manage both staff and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Experience with Legal departments is helpful, but a growth mindset and natural curiosity is essential. In this role, you will need to quickly learn legal processes particular to the Company and will be exposed to substantive legal issues.

Base Pay Range: $117,000 - $211,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
