Job Description

The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leadership role within Corporate Operations, responsible for driving large-scale, complex, cross-functional global supply chain programs that support enterprise priorities across multiple business units.

This role will lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives in a highly regulated medical device environment, partnering closely with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D. The Senior Program Manager will translate business strategy into executable program roadmaps, establish strong governance, manage risks and interdependencies, and ensure programs deliver measurable operational and financial value.

The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with deep global supply chain expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to influence across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization.

Knowledge

The Senior Program Manager should bring strong knowledge of:
  • Global supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics
  • Program and portfolio management principles, governance models, and best practices
  • Enterprise transformation initiatives such as network optimization, cost transformation, supply continuity, and digital supply chain capabilities
  • Medical device or highly regulated industry requirements, including FDA and ISO 13485 expectations
  • Cross-functional operating models across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D
  • Program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and KPI tracking
  • Risk, issue, and dependency management across complex programs
  • PMO tools and methodologies, such as Planview, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Change management principles and communication practices for complex global organizations

Experiences

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in program or project management
  • 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong experience in global supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
  • Experience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry
  • Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level transformation programs
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership across multiple functions and business units
  • Demonstrated experience leading executive governance forums or steering committees
  • Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and business case deliverables
  • Experience driving initiatives related to network optimization, cost transformation, supply continuity, operational efficiency, or digital supply chain capabilities
  • Experience mentoring project managers or contributing to PMO capability development
  • Proficiency with program/project management tools such as Planview, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred

The annualized base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $241,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
