Raytheon has an opportunity for a Sr. Manager, Production Control who will perform as a key member of the Planning and Production Control team. This position will be supporting factories that are part of the Integration Manufacturing Center (IMC). You will need to be on-site for this position.
The individual in this role will need to quickly develop credibility and influence, aligning the operations’ execution plan to meet critical customer deadlines with supply chain strategies and financial targets. You will foster a working environment that promotes safety, security, compliance, and quality while achieving overall customer requirements. You will actively establish, lead, and participate in continuous improvement projects within Raytheon, as well as at the enterprise level.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Production Control and Warehouse Teams in Tucson, Arizona
- Ensure the full compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Supports deployment of Operations strategy and metrics to accurately measure progress, drive continuous improvement and improve on-time delivery.
- Coach leaders on processes and development in leadership and their careers.
- Lead the effort to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions utilizing CORE best practices and processes.
- This will be an onsite role in our Tucson, AZ facility.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or project management.
- Experience leading daily team operations.
- Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application. U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance prior to start date.
Qualifications We Value:
- Experience leading in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment with a focus on managing collective bargaining workforces.
- Experience with Special Program Access and other business systems, including shop floor data systems.
- Experience in Six Sigma, CORE, Lean Manufacturing processes, diagnostics, and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
