Job Overview
This role manages the development and oversight of integrated product and service roadmaps to optimize market performance and profitability. It leads collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams to execute strategies from ideation through integration. The role applies technical expertise to guide products and services through lifecycle stages including roadmap definition and feature prioritization. Success is measured by effective delivery of product roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of revenue and growth objectives. The work impacts organizational goals by enhancing product offerings and improving customer experiences through strategic technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and management of integrated product and service roadmaps to support market performance and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to execute long-term strategies from ideation through integration
  • Apply technical knowledge to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage risk throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage relationships with business partners to refine project vision, scope, and alignment with technology strategies
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members to achieve performance goals and support career development
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Other Technical Discipline. Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) . (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Experience in a related field. (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst experience in an agile software product development environment. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience in a leadership role. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $133,000 - $239,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
