Full Job Description

The Senior Manager, Product Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for driving product analytics, experimentation support, customer insights, and performance intelligence across Tim Hortons’ digital guest experience ecosystem. This role partners closely with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to support data-informed product decisions, experimentation methodologies, KPI measurement, and customer behavior analysis across digital guest experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with modern product analytics thinking, experimentation fluency, technical curiosity, and operational pragmatism. This role plays a key part in evolving the organization toward more intelligent, insight-driven, and AI-enabled product decision making.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead product analytics and customer insight generation across digital guest experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product teams to support experimentation strategy, KPI measurement, funnel analysis, feature performance tracking, and product optimization opportunities.
  • Support experimentation operations and measurement methodologies across digital products and guest journeys.
  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement models for digital product teams.
  • Translate customer behavior, engagement trends, and performance insights into actionable business and product recommendations.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to operationalize insights, personalization opportunities, and predictive analytics initiatives.
  • Support the evolution of self-serve analytics, reporting automation, and modern product intelligence capabilities.
  • Help identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflows, automation, and operational optimization across analytics and product processes.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of experimentation practices, product intelligence frameworks, and analytics operating standards across the organization.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, experimentation, customer insights, or related analytical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting digital product organizations with KPI measurement, customer analytics, and experimentation insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with digital analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

What Helps You Brew Success:

  • Experience supporting mobile app, ordering, loyalty, payments, or digital guest experience ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and customer funnel optimization.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, personalization, predictive modeling, or automation initiatives.
  • Strong technical curiosity and interest in modern AI-enabled analytics workflows.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, highly cross-functional organizations.
  • Product-minded and experimentation-oriented approach to analytics and customer insights.

For Candidates Based in Ontario, the Expected Salary Range is: $120,000 - $160,000

Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
