RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Design & Documentation: Own the creation and maintenance of all store-level SOPs and training materials related to DSD receiving, vendor management, and scanning compliance.
  • Field Enablement & Feedback: Partner with District Managers and Regional Directors to support store execution and act as the primary point of contact for field feedback and escalations, driving resolution through process or training improvements.
  • Execution Validation: In partnership with field leaders, conduct store visits and use data tools to validate vendor compliance with service requirements (e.g., visit frequency, delivery standards) and confirm stores have the necessary resources and training to successfully execute DSD scanning protocols.
  • Scanning Compliance & Quality: Analyze store-level scanning data to ensure process integrity and identify systemic issues (e.g., training needs or tool limitations) that lead to process exceptions like "manual overrides."
  • Vendor Field Performance: Use field feedback and vendor tracking tools to validate vendor performance; communicate discrepancies between "reported" vendor activity and "actual" store experiences to the DSD Director.
  • Store Advocacy: Serve as the store advocate during system design or process changes, ensuring that any new DSD requirements do not create undue labor or operational complexity for store teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7  years of progressive experience in retail operations, direct-store-delivery, vendor management, process improvement, or related enterprise operations work.
