What you'll do

  • Engage with Airport VPs and other stakeholders to identify the most critical training needs for new and existing
    frontline leaders, and develop a comprehensive strategy to meet those needs on an ongoing basis Collaborate with Enterprise Learning team and People Business Partners to leverage and build on existing leadership development resources, and apply to role specific needs for leaders of various frontline workgroups
  • Equip leaders to understand the strategic direction, and lead change initiatives, as we evolve the roles of frontline team members through enhanced technologies and more efficient processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice amongst frontline leaders across the system, and establish forums and strategies to achieve this objective
  • Provide development and support to training instructors to maintain a high quality product as our training programs expand and evolve, equipping them to champion new processes and technologies
  • Ensure effective facilitation of training curricula in classroom and virtual environments, including a quality control program to achieve consistency and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree I Master's degree in business management, organizational leadership, instructional design, learning and developement, or equivalent training/experience
  • 7+ years of training development or relevant experience
  • Experience in leadership roles, developing team members and overseeing cross-functional teams Extensive experience managing and implementing large, complex projects

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in a Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management or operations role implementing training programs
  • Led proven successful training programs that improved employee performance and had a positive impact on the business's overall performance and effectiveness

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Employs a variety of teaching strategies conducive to motivating learning, including examples, practice, and interactivity
  • Strong interpersonal skills; highly approachable and professional at all times
  • Action-oriented, results-driven, future-focused leader with a natural aptitude for seeking opportunities that transform existing business models
  • Proven ability to collaborate and develop strong, productive relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
