Full Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Strategic Leadership:
  • Drive the growth and vision of the Data Center Solutions business by using market research and insights to shape annual marketing strategies. Align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives to propel business expansion.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement creative, multi-channel marketing plans—including digital, print, social media, and events—that accelerate product commercialization and turn prospects into loyal customers. Oversee campaign development, critical metrics, and budget management to maximize return on investment.
Partnership Marketing:
  • Establish and nurture impactful relationships with industry leaders, technology partners, and key stakeholders. Collaborate on joint marketing efforts to broaden market presence and enhance solution offerings, driving faster adoption and mutual value.
Commercialization Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire go-to-market process, from concept to launch. Continuously refine strategies to optimize product introductions and ensure seamless execution for maximum market impact.
Content & Brand Management:
  • Advance brand awareness by implementing a robust content marketing strategy. Craft compelling narratives that engage target audiences and reinforce the company’s leadership position in Data Center Solutions.
Channel Marketing:
  • Design and manage integrated campaigns across diverse platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and effective reach within the sector.
Sales Enablement:
  • Partner closely with sales teams, equipping them with actionable tools, insights, and resources informed by data and feedback. Refine marketing efforts to strengthen alignment and support sales success
Team Leadership:
  • Inspire and guide the marketing team, cultivating a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence. Foster growth and collaboration within both the team and the wider marketing and product community.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Use analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in integrated campaigns and the data center industry.
  • 5+ years leading people, with a passion for team development and inspiration. Experience leading global teams and ability to work flexibly across a wide range of time zones.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with external organizations and driving go-to-market strategies in technology-driven markets.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.
Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
 
Compensation Range: $123,500.00 - $229,500.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
