In this role, you will help advance Systane® global brand leadership in ocular health by driving the strategic launch of innovative products. You'll work with global and regional teams to evaluate market opportunities and develop marketing strategies for both Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and consumers. Your responsibilities include creating global marketing assets, leading cross-functional teams, and executing impactful launches that reinforce Systane® as the trusted choice in dry eye management, expanding market share, deepening brand awareness, and supporting significant growth worldwide.

In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Lead Systane® global product launches, asset development, commercial campaign management, and tactical execution, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access, Regional Commercial Leads, Training, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Develop and deploy ECP assets and consumer-facing materials; create compelling creative assets in partnership with external agencies.
  • Build and implement strategic launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and high-impact promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies-including digital-to enhance HCP and consumer engagement across global markets.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, anticipate customer and market trends, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Research & Insights to define research paths and business questions that uncover unmet needs, value drivers, and growth opportunities.
  • Champion global Systane® brand equity, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all ECP and consumer touchpoints and global markets.
  • Oversee Global Claims and MAP (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approval processes, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support lifecycle management (LCM) changes across packaging, product claims, and regulatory updates.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Strategy to align upstream marketing with portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, and commercial viability.
  • Support TPP execution and ensure alignment with launch messaging and claims.
  • Lead budget planning and resource allocation to optimize launch effectiveness.
  • Manage the Market Access Manager to develop and implement strategic market access plans supporting reimbursement, pricing, and commercial objectives.
  • Engage with global and local KOLs through advisory boards to build advocacy and momentum for the brand.
  • Monitor competitive and regional landscape activity; collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to identify competitive threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track global KPIs to measure performance, optimize promotional channels, and maximize impact across key tactics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.


What You'll Bring to Alcon
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience
