Role SummaryThe Senior Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, accelerate demand generation, and maximize customer engagement. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Communications and Interim CMO, this is an individual contributor role accountable for ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and delivering measurable revenue impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a hands-on marketer who can drive strategic vision while managing day-to-day operations and accountability:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Play a key role executing day-to-day marketing strategy, responsible for cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution to drive business goals.
- Sales Enablement: Help ensure the sales team has the tools, messaging, and assets needed to directly support the company's revenue goals.
- Demand Generation & Digital Marketing: Directly lead and manage all demand generation and digital marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Operations: Manage project calendars, budgeting, workflow automation, campaign optimization, and performance monitoring to facilitate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Project Management: Ensure all marketing tasks and projects have clear goals, expectations, and timelines across all deliverables.
- CRM &Data Management: Oversee the HubSpot CRM infrastructure and integration to ensure optimal marketing automation and data flow.
- Event Strategy & Management: Manage conference strategy, ensuring we maximize impact and ROI at large-scale industry events.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner effectively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies and organizational alignment.
- Performance Accountability: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign progress, and the quantifiable impact on the sales pipeline.
Required Attributes- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience owning and executing demand generation, brand management, digital marketing, and sales enablement functions
- Experience marketing in a B2B environment with complex sales cycles, including developing sales enablement assets and messaging that support revenue goals
- Proven project management skills, with experience managing calendars, budgets, and workflow automation across concurrent deliverables
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building performance reports and connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Robust experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms-HubSpot required (certification preferred); Salesforce a plus
- Experience planning and managing large-scale industry events or conferences a plus
- Familiarity with analytics (Google Analytics/GA4), paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), SEO/SEM (SEMrush), and AI tools for marketing workflows (e.g., Claude)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and act as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
