Overview

The Senior Manager of IT Distribution Center Technologyfor Crocs Inc., based in Las Vegas, Nevada, leads the local IT team within the Global IT Distribution Center Technology department. Reporting to the Director of Global IT Distribution Center Technology, this role oversees and advances technology for the Dayton distribution center, ensuring reliable and scalable operations across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels, with a focus on warehouse systems, automation, and system integrations.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of all IT services supporting the Las Vegas Distribution Center, serving as the primary interface between DC leadership and Corporate IT, and external partners to align on priorities, roadmaps, and service delivery expectations.
  • Lead integrated planning, scheduling, and execution of IT initiatives, including releases, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Establish and govern core service delivery processes, including demand intake, prioritization, release management, and change coordination.
  • Drive proactive communication and transparency across partners, providing clear visibility into system performance, risks, incidents, and delivery timelines.
  • Continuously enhance service delivery models to improve reliability, responsiveness, and alignment in a 24x7 operational environment.
  • Drive reliable and scalable technology operations supporting DTC, wholesale, and retail fulfillment, ensuring stability and performance of mission-critical warehouse systems during peak periods, product launches, and seasonal spikes.
  • Implement proactive monitoring, incident management, and support models to ensure high system availability.
  • Own and evolve the Manhattan WMS / PKMS platform to support high-volume fulfillment, reverse logistics, and omni-channel distribution.
  • Lead integration across SAP, OMS, and TMS platforms to enable seamless end-to-end fulfillment processes.
  • Partner with Engineering and Automation teams to support warehouse automation (e.g., AutoStore, WCS/WES integration).
  • Lead IT delivery for DC expansions, automation deployments, and supply chain optimization initiatives, ensuring scalable architecture and minimal operational disruption.
  • Track and improve key performance metrics (e.g., inventory accuracy, order throughput, and cycle times) while driving continuous improvement across IT systems and processes.
  • Lead and develop the local DC IT team, partner cross-functionally with Operations, Digital, Supply Chain, and Finance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, accountability and delivery outcomes.


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in business, engineering, supply chain or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with a strong emphasis on retail supply chain and distribution
  • 3+ years of experience leading others
  • Proven background supporting automated, high-volume distribution center environments at scale, such as Autostore
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Manhattan WMS / PKMS, SAP (AFS or S/4), OMS, and TMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of warehouse execution (inbound, outbound, returns), automation integrations (WCS/WES), and system integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-based architecture)
  • Experience supporting omni-channel retail operations (DTC and wholesale)
  • Ability to connect and scale systems across SAP, OMS, WMS, and TMS platforms to enable robust fulfillment and distribution
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment, with proven leadership partnering across Supply Chain, Digital, and Finance teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through peak periods and drive successful outcomes

Title: Sr. Manager, IT DC Technology - LVDC

Salary or Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
