Position Responsibilities:

Lead sophisticated quantitative, qualitative, business, operational and strategic analyses to support company operations, logistics, product development, and fulfillment. Develop, execute, and enhance processes and products through the retail and supply chain lifecycle. Develop inventory management and supply chain strategies (including forecasting, sourcing, capacity planning, and optimization) to drive overall profitability for the business unit and enhance customer experience. Develop sophisticated business intelligence models and effective metrics to implement optimal solutions and assist management with decision making. Oversee development and monitor trends that indicate need for new products and services.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) managing supplier relationships; (2) experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in P&L management and cost improvement; and (3) presenting data and insights to senior leadership to communicate program strategy and results.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $158,600/year to $214,500/year.
