Full Job Description
The EBS Sr Manager, Human Resources is responsible for effectively integrating Total Rewards, HR Systems, HR Operations, Talent, and HR Payroll teams and serving as a liaison with corporate HR to execute the strategy effectively. Collaborates with HR business partners, Talent, and Total Rewards teams in corporate for annual EBS training/development, EBS recruitment plans, compensation and rewards and benefits and leaves/workers compensation planning and guidelines. Monitor HR EBS KPI's, SLAs and report outs to EBS NA Director and internal clients of the governance model. In addition, this role is responsible for establishing and implementing HR processes and policies in accordance to HR Corporate guidelines and interacts with other HR areas to guarantee alignment of processes and compliance with local legislation.

Partnerships
  • Collaborate with the business to anticipate organizational needs and identify actions
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across corporate HR to ensure alignment with global philosophy and guidelines
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with EBS Brazil HR Manager to share best practices and improve upon processes


HR EBS Policies and Procedures
  • Manage EBS HR policies and processes, in alignment with all corporate areas and collaborate with the EBS Continuous Improvement team to ensure they are updated and efficient
  • Lead H2R EBS governance forums, deciding over the critical issues regarding EBS HR operations
  • Foster a team environment to drive ownership of work and encourage team involvement and support around process improvement ideas.
  • Ensure alignment between EBS operations with HR Corporate strategic guidelines


EBS HR Financial Planning
  • Manage HR EBS budget process
  • Participate in Human Resources budget planning and definition. Interact and report budget to HR EBS NA Director and HR SVP in corporate whenever applicable


EBS HR Performance Monitoring
  • Analyze EBS HR KPIs, providing reports to EBS NA Director
  • Ensure SLA completion and quality of HR EBS processes, leading sessions with direct reports to discuss action plans and issue resolution


EBS Total Rewards and Operations
  • Ensure SOX compliance with local regulations related with EBS HR (Benefits, Compensation, Leaves, Payroll)


EBS HR Portfolio
  • Define EBS HR portfolio with direct reports, considering expected benefits versus complexity to implement
  • Work with continuous improvement team to drive projects focused on automation, improvements


What you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years of extensive knowledge in all aspects of HR such as:
    • Compensation and rewards programs
    • Compensation planning
    • Benefits administration
    • Retirement programs
    • Leaves and workers compensation
    • Talent management including talent acquisition and global mobility
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams through management experience with direct reports and/or project/program management experience
  • Ability to develop HR policies and processes
  • Ability to build partnerships across the HR function and the corporation to effectively execute the HR vision
  • Experience managing all aspects of a HR Service Center preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to present and discuss complex data to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization

  • Exposure to HR and/or case management technologies (e.g., portal technology, case management, human capital management, etc.)
  • CEBS or CBP designation preferred
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • SPHR or PHR preferred
