Are you ready to drive impact with data-driven strategies and operational excellence? We are seeking a Senior Manager of Health Systems Pricing to support and advance our approach to pricing and profitability for generic products within the Health Systems segment of the NAPD business unit. In this role, you will apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop pricing insights, support strategic initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to improve financial performance and competitive positioning. **MUST BE LOCATED IN DALLAS AREA** **Key Responsibilities** - **Pricing Strategy Execution & Support:** Provide strategic leadership on initiatives related to generics pricing, volume expansion, and value-added services. Translate strategic direction into actionable pricing approaches and analytical frameworks. Develop cutting-edge pricing strategies that leverage innovative methodologies and data analytics. - **Data-Driven Problem Solving:** Leverage data analytics to evaluate pricing performance, identify opportunities, and solve complex business challenges. Deliver clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and improve profitability. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with sourcing (ClarusOne), program teams, and national accounts to support formulary optimization and pricing decisions. Contribute to discussions, provide data-backed recommendations, and help drive alignment across stakeholders. - **Contractual Strategy Implementation:** Partner with the economic proposal pricing team to define and align contractual strategies. Support the implementation of customer contracts and pricing changes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. - **Profitability Analysis and Optimization:** Conduct detailed customer and segment-level profitability analyses. Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities to enhance value and improve financial outcomes. - **Leadership and Development:** Guide and mentor your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
