Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, HCC Canada serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Canada, providing end00to00end strategic and operational healthcare compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes00Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country leadership, Legal,businessand functional stakeholders, and regional and global Compliance teams to promote ethical business conduct, manage compliance risk, and ensure adherence to applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.
This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the organization00s reputation while enabling compliant, sustainable growth within a complex and highly regulated healthcare environment in Canada.0
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other business and operational activities.0
Oversee compliance programs, including training, monitoring, risk assessments, and issue management activities across Canada.0
Prepare and present compliance risk assessments, insights, and recommendations to country, regional, and senior leadership.0
Required:Bachelor0s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or0a related0field.
Preferred:Advanced degree or professional certification in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Ethics0related disciplines.
80010 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields.
