Full Job Description
A professional services organization is seeking a Senior Payroll Systems Manager to oversee payroll operations, reporting, and HRIS/payroll system functionality across a multi-state environment.
This role will focus on payroll process improvement, systems optimization, automation, reporting accuracy, and compliance. The position will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll workflows and improve operational efficiency.
