Job Purpose and OverviewThe Sr. Manager Global FP&A is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities across the global organization. This role requires strong financial acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to provide insightful information to leadership. In addition, collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams to articulate and explain financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and support the company's financial objectives.
Work Environment & Travel Requirements: This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones. Flexibility in working hours is required for cross-functional and cross-time-zone collaboration. Travel up to 10% may be expected based on business needs.
What will you do as a Sr. Manager Global FP&A at Dawn Foods?- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of presentation decks for the Dawn Leadership Team.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation of consolidated financial reports for the Dawn Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and Team Members. Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and reflective of the company's performance. Provide variance analysis and performance metrics that support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Cost Management: Partner with Functional leaders to identify efficiency opportunities and drive cost savings initiatives. Provide information and analysis to support actions to reduce Corporate OPEX costs.
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain financial performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems to track and communicate business performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions and regions throughout the company to understand financial impacts and support the alignment of financial goals with departmental strategies.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Indirectly lead the regional SBU FP&A teams to deliver accurate, timely, and standardized reporting packages.
- Financial Systems Administration: Act as the "Master Power User" and primary subject matter expert for Dawn's financial planning and reporting system (Oracle EPM). Partner with IT and outside consultants to improve system capabilities and performance and train Dawn team members.
- Team Management: Coordinate with IT and Managed Service Partner on fixes and upgrades for the EPBCS and data uploads.
- Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis: Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial reporting, scenario analysis, and special projects as needed.

What Does It Take to be an Sr. Manager Global FP&A at Dawn Foods? Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.
- A bachelor's degree is required, with a strong preference for accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- A Master's Degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, IFRS/GAAP accounting standards, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and financial systems such as SAP, and Oracle.
- Experience with Oracle EPBCS & FCCS required.
- Previous experience with consolidating multi-entity financials is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and provide strategic financial guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $107,840-$177,930 with bonus eligibility.
