Full Job Description
Sr. Manager, Global Enablement Programs & Operations

Global | Reports to Global Director, Revenue Enablement

About the Role

OutSystems is rebuilding how revenue enablement works, and this role owns the infrastructure that makes the field effective. The Sr. Manager, Global Enablement Programs & Operations is accountable for the content governance system, the programs cadence, the communications architecture, the change management discipline that drives adoption, and the platform tools that deliver it all.

This is not a project coordinator or a content creator. This is a builder with a transformational vision. Enablement status quo is not what we are doing here, and we need someone with the vision, drive, and technical fluency to help bring our agentic enablement future to life. You will lead high-impact programs across regions, develop a focused team of specialists, and set the standard for quality and consistency globally. You will report to the Global Director, Revenue Enablement and lead a team covering instructional design and programs and communications.
What You'll Own

Content governance. Keep the content ecosystem healthy. Maintain the system that ensures assets are current, properly tagged, and findable. Partner with the instructional designer to govern the build, review, and retirement process so the field always has what it needs, when it needs it.

Global program execution. Run the enablement programs that build and sustain field skills across regions. Manage timelines, coordinate logistics, track participation and outcomes, and maintain quality across concurrent workstreams.

Communications management. Own the operational execution of the broader field communications cadence. Ensure content is published on schedule, messaging is consistent with the GTM motion, and sellers are informed and activated.

GTM change management. Support the field through motion changes, new plays, and strategic pivots. Build and run the reinforcement loops, follow-up touchpoints, and adoption tracking that close the gap between launch and behavior change. This is not just about sending the message. It is about making sure it sticks.

Platform and tooling ownership. Own the enablement tech stack and drive adoption across the team. Partner with the digital team on the agentic enablement platform build. Set and enforce standards for content uploads, metadata governance, and tooling use across the team.

Team leadership. Lead and develop a team of two (instructional design and programs and communications). Set clear priorities, provide coaching, and maintain a high standard of output across the team.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years in sales enablement, revenue programs, or GTM operations, with demonstrated experience managing a team and owning programs end-to-end.
  • Strong program management skills. You can run multiple workstreams simultaneously, keep stakeholders informed, and hit deadlines without dropping quality.
  • Change management experience. You have supported a field through a motion change or a strategic pivot and know what it takes to move from launch to adoption. You understand that communication is the start of change, not the end of it.
  • Experience with enablement tools and content platforms. You have worked with content management systems, LMS platforms, or sales engagement tools and know how to keep them running well.
  • Genuine AI fluency and hands-on familiarity with agentic systems. You understand how AI agents work, how to architect enablement content for agentic delivery, and how agentic workflows are changing the way sellers learn and engage. You are not waiting to be convinced this matters. You already see where it goes, and you have the drive to help build it.
  • A transformational mindset. You do not default to how enablement has always been done. You have a point of view on what agentic-first enablement looks like, the vision to see beyond current constraints, and the conviction to push the work forward even when the path is still being built.
  • Solid communication skills. You can write clearly, present confidently, and translate program details into crisp updates for leadership.
  • Bias toward systems thinking. You naturally look for the repeatable process, not the one-off fix.
