Working in close partnership with Digital Product, CRM, Social, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams, this individual will build scalable frameworks and operating models that enable consistent global execution while supporting local market needs. Blending strategic leadership with operational oversight, this role ensures Dolby's owned digital experiences are cohesive, discoverable, performance-driven, and future-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Create scalable governance models, editorial standards, taxonomy structures, and localization guardrails that guide regional execution.
  • Ensure content systems support modularity, reuse, and consistency across markets.
  • Align digital content strategy with broader marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Integrate SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) insights into editorial planning to ensure discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search experiences.
  • Shape content structures optimized for AI-driven discovery and generative search environments.

Global-to-Regional Governance & Enablement
  • Serve as the global authority on content structure, editorial governance, journey design principles, and cross-channel activation frameworks across owned digital platforms.
  • Translate strategy into clear documentation, playbooks, and operational standards that regional teams can adapt and implement.
  • Develop training and enablement programs to scale best practices globally.
  • Partner with regions to balance global consistency with local market needs.
  • Monitor adoption of global standards and identify areas for refinement.

Cross-Channel Orchestration & Activation Models
  • Define integrated activation frameworks that connect social discovery, CRM engagement, and owned digital experiences into cohesive customer journeys.
  • Provide strategic oversight for digital activation of global campaigns across web, email, and applications.
  • Align shared content pillars, creative assets, and messaging frameworks across channels.
  • Identify structural inefficiencies in digital activation workflows and implement improvements to streamline global-to-regional execution.

Performance Strategy, Insights & Optimization

  • Partner with Analytics to establish dashboards and reporting cadences that drive actionable insights.
  • Lead experimentation strategies including A/B testing frameworks and structured optimization programs.
  • Translate performance insights into strategic refinements that improve content relevance, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor organic visibility, keyword performance, and AI-driven discovery signals to inform ongoing content evolution.

Digital Product & Platform Partnership

  • Represent marketing and audience experience needs in roadmap planning discussions.
  • Ensure platform evolution supports modular content systems, governance standards, and scalable global publishing workflows.
  • Advocate for capabilities that enable personalization, experimentation, localization, and performance optimization.
