You will adapt and activate global digital strategies for your market, while contributing a regional perspective to how those strategies are shaped. Success in this role includes effectively implementing global strategies while contributing regional insights that help strengthen and enhance future initiatives.

This role works closely with the Americas regional marketing team while maintaining a dotted-line partnership with the Global Digital Marketing Lead. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas, insights, and market expertise while supporting high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

Digital Execution & Content Publishing
  • Publish and manage localized content using Dolby's CMS and digital publishing tools across regional website, email, and campaign experiences.
  • Implement global content frameworks, editorial guidelines, and experience standards within your market.
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, localization quality, and compliance with publishing standards.
  • Perform content QA including layout validation, link testing, and cross-device experience checks.

Editorial Thinking & Content Strategy
  • Identify storytelling opportunities that can bring Dolby's impact on entertainment to life across Americas digital channels.
  • Generate editorial ideas and content angles in response to cultural moments, product launches, and audience interests across the Americas.
  • Contribute regional audience insights and market perspective to global content planning cycles.
  • Ensure Americas digital channels deliver timely, relevant, and engaging experiences while maintaining brand standards and content accuracy.

Campaign Support & Cross-Channel Coordination
  • Support regional campaign launches across website, email and native applications.
  • Coordinate with Creative, CRM, and Social teams to ensure assets and messaging are deployed on schedule in your market.
  • Help ensure your region's digital experiences align with broader cross-channel activation plans.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization Support
  • Monitor owned-channel performance metrics for your region including traffic, engagement, and conversion signals.
  • Support reporting efforts by maintaining dashboards and compiling regional performance updates.
  • Assist with A/B testing execution and content optimization initiatives.
  • Surface regional insights and optimization opportunities to the Digital Marketing Lead and regional stakeholders.

SEO & Content Optimization Execution
  • Implement SEO best practices for your region including metadata optimization, on-page improvements, and content updates based on global guidance.
  • Support keyword-driven content updates and regional search optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with monitoring organic performance trends and identifying local optimization opportunities.

Platform Enablement & Operational Support
  • Support adoption of new digital tools and platform capabilities within your region.
  • Follow established publishing workflows and governance processes.
  • Provide feedback on platform usability and operational gaps based on day-to-day execution experience.

What Success Looks Like
  • Digital experiences in your region are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Campaign launches in your market are supported with high-quality owned-channel experiences.
  • Global standards and guidelines are consistently applied locally.
  • Performance data for your region is reliable and shared in a timely manner.
  • Regional stakeholders view this role as a trusted strategic and execution partner, not just a publishing resource.
  • Americas digital channels feel alive, timely, and relevant to entertainment audiences, not just technically correct.
  • Regional insights and content ideas are actively shaping global content planning, not just informing it after the fact.

Qualifications

Required
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, web publishing, or campaign execution roles.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to identify relevant stories, market trends, and audience interests and translate them into engaging digital content experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows. You can get in and do the work, not just direct it.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of quality.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and the ability to apply data-driven insights to support business and marketing objectives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively represent regional perspectives within a global organization.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting marketing programs within regional, national, or international markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Experience working in cross-functional marketing environments.
