OverviewWe're seeking a
SeniorManager,Global BrandDigital to lead the strategic development of Crocs' digital brand media globally. This person will play an integral role in driving brand consideration, awareness and new customers to the brand.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, consumer-centric, and a creative problem solver. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to how they approach their work and strategic thinking. This individual over indexes in their digital expertise with extensive background and confidence in developing, executing, and optimizing global digital plans. They have a strong understanding of the existing digital media landscape around the world, whilst keeping up on emerging trends and platforms.
What You'll Do- Lead the development and executionofbrand digital plansacross NA, EMEA+APACfor Crocs' key product stories ranging from the Classic Clog to Echo to one of our many Collaborations.
- Work cross-functionallyto ensure that digital brand media campaigns and content support the seasonal integrated marketing plan, seamlessly supporting brand and product storytelling and growth
- Collaborate closely with Brand Media team to ensure the roles of digital channels are aligned with overarching brand media strategy globally
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure smooth transition from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. Frequent communication is required to facilitate alignment to the strategy and a high-functioning and collaborative partnership.

- Hire for andprovide leadershipand guidance to the new global brand digital team as it is built out
What You'll Bring to the Table- Eight (8)+ years extensive experience and proficiency in digital media coupled with a great foundation in brand; Global experience preferred
- Significant experience in how to strategically plan and manage paid media with differing objectives across the marketing funnel: new consumer acquisition, brand awareness and consideration, and understanding of how it works with performance media
- Experience planning and buying large-scale digital campaigns including CTV, audio, programmatic, custom digital partnerships and more
- Track record of building paid media plans that drive awareness and consideration, and the ability to clearly, simply articulate how it drives the business
- Strong negotiation skills across partners, markets, and channels
- Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends and insights into actionable strategy and insights: proudly a self-proclaimed data nerd
- Measurement guru from bid type tests to conversion lift showing the optimal strategy to impact the business
- Experience and confidence working within a matrixed organization, building positive relationships, and driving empathetic alignment across departments
- Team building and development across multiple experience levels
- Knowledgeable with digital planning tools
- Previous experience in retail/footwear is preferred, but not required
- Excellent project management oversight abilities; can drive forward projects and initiatives in ambiguous and changing environments against timelines

Title: Sr. Manager, Global Brand Digital
Salary or Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
