THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:The Sr. Manager, FP&A - Supply Chain will lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnership for Distribution Centers, Engineering & Facilities, and Supply Chain Strategy, providing visibility into financial performance, operational trends, investments, and key cost drivers across these functions.
This leader will partner closely with Distribution Center, Engineering & Facilities, and Supply Chain Strategy leadership, as well as Supply Chain & Digital FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional business partners to develop financial plans, forecasts, and actionable insights that support operational performance, strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and enterprise financial goals.
Connect financial performance to key operational and business drivers across Supply Chain, including volume, productivity, labor, operating costs, and strategic investments, translating results into actionable insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for leadership.
Support long-term Supply Chain investment strategy through financial modeling and analysis of strategic initiatives, developing IRR, ROI, and scenario analyses to evaluate investment alternatives, quantify financial returns, and inform capital allocation and prioritization decisions.
This role requires strong analytical capability, financial discipline, business partnership, and the ability to understand diverse Supply Chain operations and translate complex financial and operational data into clear implications and decision support.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Distribution Centers, Engineering & Facilities, and Supply Chain Strategy, developing accurate, driver-based financial outlooks across operating expenses and investments.
- Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team, building financial acumen, analytical capabilities, business partnership skills, and a strong pipeline of talent while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with functional leadership to understand business performance, operational priorities, strategic objectives, and key initiatives and translate them into financial impacts, forecasts, and long-range outlooks.
- Analyze financial and operational performance across the Distribution Center network, Engineering & Facilities, and Supply Chain Strategy to identify trends and key drivers of performance, including volume, labor, productivity, facility costs, maintenance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Explain variance drivers across actuals, budget, forecast, and prior periods with clear linkage to underlying operational activity, business decisions, timing, productivity, and other key financial drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models that connect operational assumptions, business activity, and KPIs to expense forecasts, capital investments, and long-range financial plans.
- Evaluate cost optimization and productivity opportunities through trend analysis, financial modeling, operational data, and partnership with Business Partners.
- Provide financial support for Supply Chain initiatives and long-range strategic investments, partnering with functional leaders to develop business cases, evaluate scenarios and financial returns, and translate strategic alternatives into data-driven investment decisions.
- Prepare leadership materials that clearly communicate financial performance, key drivers, trends, risks, opportunities, investment performance, and recommended actions across supported Supply Chain functions.
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes, including variance analysis, accrual review, expense validation, and communication of financial results to Supply Chain and Finance leadership.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:- 8+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably within FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Transportation, Logistics, retail, or a consumer products organization.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and mentor high-performing teams.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
- Prior FP&A experience with demonstrated responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to connect operational activity and business drivers to financial results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience developing driver-based forecasts, scenario analyses, and business cases.
- Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and clearly communicate key insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong business partnership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers across Finance and operational functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely analysis in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
- Innate curiosity and desire to understand operational processes, financial results, and the underlying drivers of business performance.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, SAP, Business Intelligence tools, transportation management systems, or other financial and operational reporting tools helpful.

The pay range for this position is $122,900.00 - $150,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
