Full Job Description
The role partners closely with Operations and Compliance to ensure we maintain compliant, scalable reporting processes as production complexity and regulatory requirements evolve. This role will ensure we remain compliant with TTB regulations and are prepared for audits of our records and processes

Accountabilities:

  • Preparation, execution, and filing of Mark Anthony's federal manufacturing regulatory reports, including the monthly Brewers/Spirits Reports of Operations.
  • This role owns the governance and oversight of daily batch records across all internal manufacturing facilities, ensuring records are complete and audit-ready to substantiate federal filings.


Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

  • On time and complete Monthly TTB filings
  • Audit readiness package
  • Establishment of internal controls at manufacturing sites


Own:

  • Preparation, execution, and filing of Mark Anthony's federal manufacturing regulatory reports
  • Governance and oversight of daily batch records


Influence:

  • Improvement of Mark Anthony business processes to better align with TTB regulatory reporting


Veto:

  • Mark Anthony Business practices that are not compliant with TTB regulations

Compensation: Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

  • Competitive annual salary $118,000 - $172,000 depending on location in Columbia, SC / Glendale, AZ / or Chicago, IL
