Full Job Description
As Senior Manager, Field Sales, you will report to the Director, Field Sales. You will oversee team performance, drive sales KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your role includes managing Door-to-Door Client Account Specialists and Area Managers to meet sales targets and implement new strategies. Strong cross-functional collaboration and advanced product and sales process knowledge are essential. You will monitor metrics and provide coaching to support team success.

What you'll be doing
• Drive sales productivity and grow market share across the Calgary Region
• Provide effective coaching and support for Field Sales Area Managers and frontline representatives.
• Develop and execute sales plans by utilizing targeted lead strategies to meet or surpass sales and revenue objectives.
• Ensure achievement of key business indicators by developing strategies focused on sales acquisition, effective territory coverage, Average Revenue Per Account, multi-product bundle sales, self-installation, employee retention, and service level excellence.
• Ensure that Sales Area Managers and Representatives understand their daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, and have a clear vision of the Business goals and objectives
• Ensure high level lead list compliance in Salesforce CRM tool and ensure 100 % Salesforce utilization by Client Account Specialists and Area Managers
• Confirm that all team members are well-versed in Rogers' product offerings, branding, and current promotions. Validate all ongoing reporting of sales and other metrics as directed.
• Work closely with the Director, Field Sales to identify and address process gaps and barriers to sales performance.
• Ensure training completion, daily participation leading to high levels of product and sales knowledge
