What You'll Do

  • Lead product discovery efforts to identify customer needs, define business problems, and translate opportunities into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize product roadmaps and high-impact initiatives, ensuring development teams remain focused on delivering the greatest business value.
  • Collaborate across product, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and client-centered solutions.
  • Use customer insights, usability research, data analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support Agile delivery practices, including planning, refinement, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Drive issue resolution and product enhancements through root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing optimization efforts.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site 4 days a week in the specified location(s).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without employer sponsorship.
