About the RoleThe Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, Americas is a key regional leader responsible for the execution, optimization, and performance ownership of our digital marketing initiatives across the Americas. Working closely with the Global Center of Excellence (COE), serving as the Americas' voice in how global platforms, tools, and strategies are deployed and localized to drive commercial impact. They will serve as the accountable owner of regional KPIs, actively driving a performance culture while coordinating cross-functional efforts to improve the lives of people living with diabetes.
KeyResponsibilitiesRegional Activation & Operational Excellence- Execute Digital Strategy: Lead the regional adoption and execution of digital strategies, ensuring paid media, social, and automated channels are tailored to the Americas market
- Manage the Stack: Own the day-to-day regional implementation and performance of marketing automation tools within the enterprise stack
- Optimize Local Workflows: Develop and refine regional processes that feed content, data, and campaigns into global platforms to maximize speed-to-market
Performance, Measurement & Accountability- Own Regional KPIs: Serve as the accountable owner of digital marketing KPIs across the Americas region - defining, tracking, and reporting on metrics that connect digital activity to commercial outcomes including HCP engagement, patient acquisition, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Build the Measurement Framework: Develop and maintain a structured regional performance dashboard in partnership with Global COE and Analytics teams, ensuring data integrity and consistency across markets
- Drive a Culture of Accountability: Establish clear performance baselines, set targets, and lead regular cadences to review results with regional commercial and marketing stakeholders
- Close the Loop with Global: Serve as the primary data voice from the Americas to the Global COE - synthesizing regional performance trends, surfacing insights, and advocating for roadmap prioritization based on evidence
- Translate Data into Action: Move beyond reporting - own the optimization cycle by identifying performance gaps, diagnosing root causes, and driving tactical and strategic adjustments with urgency
- Forecast & Plan: Contribute performance-based inputs to annual planning cycles, including budget recommendations and channel investment decisions grounded in regional KPI performance
Collaboration & Partnership- Global-Regional Coordination: Maintain consistent collaboration with the Global Digital COE to ensure alignment on roadmaps, compliance, and metric definitions
- Commercial Support: Partner with regional Sales and Product teams to align digital activities with commercial goals and local product launches
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a culture of learning within the Americas region, helping to scale global best practices across local teams

Bachelors Degree with 7+ years of marketing, sales, or program management experience and 5+ years direct people leadership experience

Master's Degree with 5+ years of marketing, sales, or program management experience and 5+ years direct people leadership experience
Nice to Have- Matrix Navigation: Proven ability to drive results in a Global/Regional model where tools and strategy are centralized, but execution is localized
- Industry Expertise: Experience in Medical Device or Life Sciences, particularly within the Diabetes therapeutic area
- Commercial Acumen: Strong sales orientation and experience partnering with field-based sales forces and sales-integrated marketing approaches
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA/GDPR and digital marketing compliance in regulated healthcare environments

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$136,000.00 - $230,000.00
For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $150,000.00 - $256,000.00 USD.
Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
