You will get to coordinate the testing of biological specimens and review testing results and quality assessment data.

Salary: $108,326.40 - $144,766.40

As aSr Manager, (QC/RLTS), you'll get to:- Assures quality customer service to all customers.
- Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. Coaches and develops assigned personnel; identifies and effectively resolves personnel issues. Leads with humility and a willingness to listen and consider suggestions from everyone, regardless of position or status.
- Oversees all testing procedures (including quality control testing) to ensure compliance with practices, regulations, and/or any agreements/contracts.
REQUIREMENTS:KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Must satisfy CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing required.
- State licensure as required by regulations.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS- Reference Lab
- Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) certification required for an accredited IRL, preferred for a reference lab.
EXPERIENCE- Seven years clinical laboratory experience required. To include:
- a. Three years managerial or supervisory experience.
- b. Previous experience in molecular techniques, immunohematology techniques, automated testing and computerization preferred.
