Senior Account Manager, Media Specialty Platform Partnerships, Client Sales & Insights / L15

What will you be doing?

The Specialty Platform Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with key platform partners. This role focuses on strengthening relationships across partner organizations, driving adoption of Circana's data and measurement solutions, and identifying opportunities to expand engagement through consultative, insight-led selling. The position emphasizes partnership, account penetration, and solution development, supporting both client success and business growth through strong collaboration with partner insights, sales, and business development teams through.

Core Capabilities Include:

  • Consultative Selling:
  • Leverage deep understanding of media, measurement, and platform ecosystems to identify growth opportunities within existing partners
  • Translate client needs into tailored solutions that demonstrate clear business value and measurable outcomes
  • Support the development and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned to partner objectives


  • Client and Partner Management:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for platform partners, building trusted, long-term relationships across insights, sales, and partnerships teams
  • Deepen and broaden partner engagement by identifying new use cases, stakeholders, and opportunities for expansion
  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence


  • Business Insights/Consulting Expertise:

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that inform partner strategy, media effectiveness, and business decisions
  • Connect Circana data and solutions to partner priorities, enabling improved performance and ROI
  • Act as a thought partner, helping partners navigate evolving measurement and media landscapes


  • Creative Problem Solving:

  • Identify business challenges, data gaps, and opportunities within partner organizations
  • Develop and execute solutions that address partner needs and drive measurable impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and unlock new capabilities


  • Project Management and Execution:

  • Manage multiple concurrent partner initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders are aligned
  • Track progress across engagements and maintain visibility into key milestones and outcomes
  • Drive internal coordination to ensure seamless execution across delivery, product, and commercial teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, media, or platform partnerships
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience with consultative selling and account growth within existing clients (no cold prospecting required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience supporting or contributing to pipeline development and account planning
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to expand services and deepen client relationships
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $76K - $98K.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
