Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager Client Engagementserves as the primary strategic partner for assigned pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts. This role is accountable for end-to-end relationship management, performance optimization, and the growth of dedicated specialty pharmacy programs. The position requires deep expertise in manufacturer expectations, launch readiness, data and reporting, patient services, and regulatory compliance within a specialty pharmacy environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact and escalation lead for assigned manufacturer clients
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand, patient services, market access, trade, and cross-functional manufacturer teams
  3. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), operational reviews, and executive-level business updates
  4. Translate manufacturer strategy and objectives into actionable specialty pharmacy execution
  5. Oversee execution and performance of manufacturer contractual obligations and guarantees
  6. Lead and support a team of Client Support Liaisons through ongoing direction, performance oversight, and coaching to promote accountability, service excellence, and team growth.
  7. Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to speed to therapy, access, adherence, and patient experience
  8. Monitor financial performance, service levels, and operational metrics tied to manufacturer programs
  9. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting brand objectives or patient access
  10. Lead specialty pharmacy readiness for product launches, label expansions, and lifecycle management initiatives
  11. Partner closely with Product, Operations, Clinical, Reimbursement, IT, and Compliance teams to deliver seamless manufacturer support
  12. Support distribution expansions, channel strategy initiatives, and therapy onboarding efforts
  13. Identify and drive growth opportunities across additional services, capabilities, or therapeutic areas
  14. Oversee the delivery of manufacturer reporting, dashboards, and data feeds
  15. Translate operational and performance data into actionable insights for manufacturer stakeholders
  16. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and privacy requirements
  17. Regular and reliable attendance expected
  18. Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Minimum Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Required

  1. Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred
  2. 7-10+ years of experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers within specialty pharmacy, hub services, or patient services environments
  3. 5+ years of prior supervisory/managerial experience.
  4. Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, manufacturer contracts, and performance metrics
  5. Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration
  6. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
