About the role:

The Sr. Manager, Campaign Strategy is responsible for leading campaign execution, demand generation strategy, and operational alignment across Demand Generation, Events, and Customer Marketing. This role serves as the strategic bridge between business-unit marketing teams and centralized Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, and Analytics functions, ensuring programs are aligned, measurable, scalable, and optimized for growth.

As a team lead, you will own the translation of business objectives into high-impact demand generation and outbound programs, while ensuring campaign quality, operational excellence, and continuous performance improvement. You will lead a team of marketers, champion innovation and AI-enabled marketing practices, and drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate pipeline growth and customer engagement.

Job responsibilities:

  • Own outbound sales play strategy and execution, partnering closely with Sales and Product Marketing to develop scalable outbound motions, target account strategies, prospect engagement frameworks, and pipeline generation programs.
  • Drive demand generation strategy optimization and continuous improvement by leveraging campaign performance insights, funnel analytics, testing frameworks, and market feedback to refine targeting, messaging, channel mix, and investment decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team by providing strategic direction, mentorship, performance management, and opportunities for professional growth while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary business-unit representative to Marketing Operations, advocating for marketing priorities related to integrations, lead routing, field mapping, campaign infrastructure, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
  • Represent the business unit's audience priorities, campaign strategy, pipeline goals, and market context to Performance Marketing teams, ensuring channel execution aligns with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Act as the connective layer between demand generation, campaign execution, and operational teams to ensure coordinated planning, effective prioritization, seamless execution, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Review and oversee campaign strategy, audience targeting, execution plans, and performance to ensure alignment with business goals, customer needs, and revenue objectives.
  • Establish scalable, documented, and repeatable processes that improve team effectiveness, campaign quality, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify performance gaps, unmet business needs, and growth opportunities, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven marketing practices and advanced automation capabilities, including the development and deployment of AI agents, workflows, and integrated tool ecosystems that improve campaign performance, team productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with deep expertise in demand generation, campaign strategy, marketing operations, performance marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success designing and executing integrated demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, including experience building outbound prospecting strategies, account-based motions, and pipeline generation programs in partnership with sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing marketing teams, with a track record of coaching talent, building capabilities, and creating high-performing, collaborative environments.
  • Advanced experience leveraging AI and automation technologies within modern marketing organizations, including hands-on use of AI tools, workflow automation, custom agents, prompt engineering, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media, marketing automation, campaign operations, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills, with the ability to use data and insights to guide decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Highly strategic and execution-oriented, with the ability to balance long-term planning and day-to-day delivery.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate plans, recommendations, and business impact to senior stakeholders.
