** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either Herndon, Virginia or New York, New York areas.**
Job Overview
This role leads a business development team within T-Mobile for Business to identify and develop new revenue opportunities through multi-sided ecosystem partnerships and non-traditional commercial arrangements that drive organizational growth. It manages the evaluation, structuring, and execution of these opportunities from initial concept through signed agreement. The role differentiates by integrating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to align business strategies around T-Mobile for Business's unique assets — including its enterprise customer base, distribution, brand, and sales channel. Success is measured by the team's ability to source, structure, and close commercially viable partnerships that create new revenue streams beyond core connectivity for the enterprise segment. The work impacts the organization by expanding T-Mobile for Business's market presence and generating incremental value through creative partnership models that leverage T-Mobile's scale and enterprise relationships in new ways.
**Job Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning, design, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business development objectives to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with leadership to define vision, strategies, and tactics that guide business development efforts
- Select, develop, and evaluate a team of business development professionals to execute business strategies effectively
- Manage a team responsible for cultivating and maintaining internal and external business relationships to support growth
- Identify new business opportunities, ecosystems, partnerships, and markets for current and near-term solutions
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
**Education and Work Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Technology or related field (Preferred)
- 7 + years business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer-focused wireless, high-tech (software, internet/new media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industries (Preferred)
- At least 2 years direct supervision and management experience (Preferred)
- Experience leading business case modeling for complex >$100M/year deals (Preferred)
- Experience managing a large portfolio of external partners (30-50 partners), with direct accountability for partner revenue (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $141,700 - $255,600
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
