Full Job Description
** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either Herndon, Virginia or New York, New York areas.** Job Overview This role leads a business development team within T-Mobile for Business to identify and develop new revenue opportunities through multi-sided ecosystem partnerships and non-traditional commercial arrangements that drive organizational growth. It manages the evaluation, structuring, and execution of these opportunities from initial concept through signed agreement. The role differentiates by integrating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to align business strategies around T-Mobile for Business's unique assets — including its enterprise customer base, distribution, brand, and sales channel. Success is measured by the team's ability to source, structure, and close commercially viable partnerships that create new revenue streams beyond core connectivity for the enterprise segment. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
