Finance Transformation - Anaplan Solutions Architect, Senior ManagerThe RoleYou will work directly with C-suite finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers) to modernize and optimize core finance functions, including planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for architecting Anaplan solutions that translate directly into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design and implementation of Anaplan solutions across FP&A, consolidation, and reporting workstreams
- Partner with senior executives to align finance transformation initiatives with broader business strategy
- Own complex financial data analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee integration of financial management software to improve operational performance
- Drive process optimization initiatives targeting cost reduction and efficiency gains
- Lead and develop high-performing, cross-border project teams
- Serve as primary client relationship owner, managing expectations and delivery across engagements
- Navigate multi-jurisdictional finance transformation projects with diverse stakeholder groups
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience
Differentiators - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Risk Management/Insurance
- Advanced Anaplan solutions architecture expertise (Master Anaplanner certification a strong plus)
- Track record leading cross-functional finance transformation engagements
- Strong data visualization and executive-level advisory skills
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
