The Sr. Manager, Analytics & Modeling is responsible for leading advanced analytics and modeling capabilities that enable data‑driven decision‑making across commercial and operational functions. This role develops and applies analytical models, forecasts, and insights to support strategic planning, performance optimization, and business growth. The position partners closely with cross‑functional leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, making a direct impact on customer experience, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Design and maintain predictive, financial, or operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
10–12 years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
122,000.00 - 245,000.00 USD Annual
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
