POSITION SUMMARYAs a Senior Manager, Technical Product Management - Artificial Intelligence Solutions, you will lead the delivery of transformative Artificial Intelligence capabilities that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and accelerate decision-making across CVS Health. This role plays a critical part in advancing enterprise adoption of intelligent technologies and ensuring innovative solutions deliver measurable business value.
The Senior Manager, Technical Product Management - Artificial Intelligence Solutions is responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and driving the end-to-end delivery of Artificial Intelligence-powered solutions. This highly visible individual contributor role partners closely with infrastructure, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and business leaders to transform complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
As part of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Solutions Engineering and Delivery organization, you will help shape how Artificial Intelligence is deployed at Fortune 5 scale. You will lead initiatives involving Machine Learning, Generative Artificial Intelligence, agent-based systems, intelligent automation, and enterprise platform integrations while building expertise in product strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation.
This is a U.S.-based REMOTE position; candidates must reside within the United States.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Product Strategy and Artificial Intelligence Solution Delivery
Own product vision, strategy, roadmap prioritization, backlog management, and end-to-end delivery for multiple Artificial Intelligence initiatives supporting Information Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, and enterprise technology organizations. Ensure solutions align with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with business, engineering, architecture, security, data, infrastructure, and operations stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, evaluate opportunities, iterate on prototypes, and deliver scalable Artificial Intelligence solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Agile Product Management and Execution Excellence
Lead Agile delivery processes including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release planning, and delivery governance to ensure predictable, high-quality execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Performance Measurement and Business Value Realization
Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators, financial metrics, delivery milestones, business outcomes, risks, and value realization measures to senior leaders and executive stakeholders. Establish clear success criteria and ensure transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Enterprise Adoption and Organizational Transformation
Drive solution adoption, organizational change management, and continuous improvement efforts while identifying opportunities to scale successful Artificial Intelligence capabilities across CVS Health. Influence stakeholders to maximize business value and accelerate enterprise-wide adoption.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Delivery Management, Program Management, or related roles delivering software, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, automation, or technology solutions from concept through production.
- 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across engineering, architecture, security, operations, and business functions within large, matrixed organizations.
- 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives with measurable business outcomes, including operational efficiency improvements, automation gains, risk reduction, cost savings, business process transformation, or user adoption growth.
- 7+ years of experience working with technical platforms and systems, including cloud-based Artificial Intelligence services, Application Programming Interfaces, intelligent system architectures, integrations, data flows, and engineering teams to drive successful product delivery.
- 7+ years of experience operating in Agile and Scrum environments with ownership of product backlogs, prioritization, sprint execution, release planning, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative Artificial Intelligence, agent-based systems, intelligent automation, or related emerging technology initiatives within large, complex organizations.
- Experience delivering Artificial Intelligence or automation solutions from proof of concept through production deployment, adoption, operationalization, and value realization.
- Experience partnering with Information Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology organizations to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience presenting product strategy, technology roadmaps, business cases, delivery outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Experience defining key performance indicators, objectives and key results, financial metrics, and value realization frameworks to measure product success and business impact.
EDUCATIONBachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $213,210.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
