Location: Dearborn

Job Classification: Remote

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Account Analytics and Reporting is responsible for building and leading the analytics function that powers commercial decision-making across North American Wholesale and Carhartt Company Gear. This leader partners closely with peers across Enablement, Operations, Enterprise Data, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Planning to ensure data and insights are shaping decisions before they are made, not after. Consumer trends and market signals serve as a critical lens throughout, ensuring the team is always oriented toward where the market is headed.
At the same time, the analytics this team produces is what equips the field, giving channel sales directors and their teams the account-level clarity, seasonal intelligence, and performance visibility they need to show up to every selling moment prepared and confident. This leader is influential and sets the strategic direction and standards for how that work gets done, serving as the gatekeeper for ad hoc requests, driving standardization, and protecting team capacity for the highest-value work.
This role leads three direct reports - two BA Managers and a Sr. Report Analyst - supported by a team of Business Analysts, and operates as a key pillar within the integrated Sales Operations + Enablement system.

Associate Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor and develop team of Business Analytics direct reports.
  • Build team capabilities in data storytelling, analytical rigor, business acumen, and stakeholder communication - ensuring analysts can not only produce great work but translate it clearly for commercial audiences.
  • Create a team environment that is structured, focused, and consistently oriented toward outcomes - with clear prioritization, reduced noise, and strong individual development.
  • Establish and evolve the operating model for how the analytics team works, ensuring processes are scalable, repeatable, and designed to grow with the business.
  • Serve as an influential co-leader in the strategy, acquisition, and integration of commercial data systems, ensuring the analytics stack is connected, scalable, and fit for NAWS/CCG use.
  • Leverage deep expertise across Power BI, Salesforce, SAP and Centric (or similar SAAS programs) to build and maintain a connected, insight-driven decision system that serves both NAWS and CCG.
  • Deliver best-in-class data visualization and intuitive reporting experiences that make complex information accessible and immediately actionable for field leaders, business unit leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Actively embed AI tools and automation into the team's workflow with intention and urgency - not as an add-on, but as a fundamental shift in how the analytics team operates. The goal is to free analysts from manual production work so their time and energy can be directed toward insight generation, creative problem-solving, and high-value commercial thinking.
  • Establish governance standards, data integrity protocols, and intake processes that protect the team from rework and ensure outputs are reliable and trusted across the organization.
  • Own the design and delivery of recurring reporting packages for NAWS and CCG, including account performance, seasonal sell-in and sell-through analysis, revenue forecasting, and goal tracking.
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities with clear recommended actions - ensuring leadership is never surprised and always has what they need to make informed decisions.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, simplify outputs, and reduce manual work across the analytics team, shifting capacity toward true business analysis and away from production and rework.
  • Partner with Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement to ensure insights are sequenced into the commercial calendar and delivered at the right moments - before SPM, GSC, sell-in milestones, and other key readiness checkpoints.
  • Establish clear guardrails and intake processes that prevent ad hoc reporting overload, protect team capacity, and ensure the highest-priority work always gets done first.
  • Influence and enable pre-season planning decisions through strong, embedded partnership with Demand Planning, ensuring analytics inform the process early rather than reacting to it after the fact.
  • Support SIOP, ESOE, and revenue forecast processes with accurate, timely data that strengthens the quality of demand consensus milestones.
  • Reduce reliance on reactive, in-season adjustments by building proactive planning analytics that give commercial teams a clearer view of where the business is headed.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure inventory reservation strategy, prioritization, and execution are supported by sound data and clear commercial logic.
