Sr. Maintenance Technician- Hiring Manager: Ryan BaillyShift Schedule:2.2.3. Night Shift
Job Purpose:The Sr. Maintenance Technician is accountable for troubleshooting various competencies including Advanced Pneumatic, Basic Hydraulic, AC/DC Electrical Systems, Automation (PLC and Instrumentation), and Mechanical Systems on all Process and Packaging Equipment. Properly maintain and repair equipment in a fast paced, high production work environment, while prioritizing multiple mechanical/electrical and administrative tasks.

- Line Manager approval
- 3+ years' work experience related to industrial maintenance
- Advanced understanding of Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Schematics, and/or Mechanical Drawings in order to solve problems with equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs
- Willingness to develop required technical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Industrial Maintenance/Technology
- Technical/Trade Certification in: Welding, Advanced Machinist Skills, fabrication and/or blueprint interpretation
- Strong understanding of AC/DC Electrical (up to 480VAC 3 Phase), Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematics and Mechanical Drawings to solve problems
- Possess PLC/Instrumentation troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements:
- Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
- Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
- Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions
- Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.
What will be your key responsibilities?- Troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling equipment within close tolerances.
- Perform routine electrical and mechanical problem-solving on process & packaging equipment.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM's) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) on Process & Packaging Equipment with minimal guidance.
- Support Operations in equipment setup, changeover and training of operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
- Document Work Orders (WO) using Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP-PPM Plant Maintenance).
- Demonstrate Engagement in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Theory and Concepts through participation in Pillar Teams, training fellow Technicians/Operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities to include conducting Breakdown Analysis (BDA's).
- Understand and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) Procedures, Confined Space Procedures and all other Plant Safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements related to supporting machinery uptime.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
