As a Sr Learning Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be the visionary leader in the development and execution of strategic training programs that elevate our sales team's skills and knowledge to unprecedented levels of success. Your role involves leading the design and implementation of comprehensive training strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous improvement in the performance of our salesforce. In this pivotal position, you will play a central role in enhancing sales effectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of the sales organization by aligning training programs with business strategies, ensuring continuous improvement, and contributing to the development of our salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to junior learning specialists


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5 years of sales training or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs
  • Expert knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
