Description

Job Summary:

Leads delivery of enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) support to the National Guard Bureau (NGB). The position provides day-to-day leadership, stakeholder coordination, governance support, program management, reporting, and strategic KM guidance to mature and sustain the NGB enterprise KM Program across the National Guard Enterprise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate execution of the NGB KM Program and contractor team activities.
  • Serve as a primary contractor interface with Government program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support KM governance bodies, working groups, program reviews, policies, standards, and enterprise coordination.
  • Manage Government-assigned KM tasks, schedules, dependencies, risks, action items, and deliverables.
  • Lead development and maintenance of KM strategies, roadmaps, governance products, communications plans, and campaign plans.
  • Oversee KM maturity assessments, metrics, dashboards, program health indicators, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual status reporting and executive-level briefings.
  • Coordinate KM activities involving SharePoint/Microsoft 365, repositories, taxonomy, metadata, training, Communities of Practice, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with NGB KM doctrine, governance standards, quality requirements, and established timelines.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:
  • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated enterprise Knowledge Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with KM governance, knowledge lifecycle management, knowledge architecture, stakeholder engagement, enterprise knowledge sharing, and KM program execution.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports, briefings, recommendations, and program documentation.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Must meet at least one of the following qualification paths: KMI Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or Certified Knowledge Specialist (CKS); APQC Certified Knowledge Manager; U.S. Army Knowledge Management Qualification Course (KMQC); qualifying Air Force KM AFSC; or bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Learning or Library Science.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable KM activities.
  • Professional presentation and executive-briefing skills.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting the National Guard Bureau, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, Joint Staff, or other DoD enterprise organizations.
  • Experience leading enterprise KM modernization or KM maturity initiatives.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and enterprise SharePoint governance.

Security Clearance:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Travel Required : Limited local travel may be required in support of NGB meetings, training, or other contract requirements.

The salary range listed represents the minimum and maximum compensation Nemean Solutions, LLC, in good faith, believes it may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications, contract requirements, and other job-related factors.
