Full Job Description
The Sr Technical Lead is responsible for leading analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications or systems software including both systems analysis and programming or configuration of packaged products created by third parties. While working as a thought leader within the department, this job recommends operational strategies and plans that have direct impact on results. This role also influences business decisions made by leadership.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develops strategy and roadmap for delivering innovation and automation while analyzing detailed business requirements and specifications for the application.
  • Configures internally developed applications and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages.
  • Plans application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
  • Maintains relationships with clients while communicating with IT and business management and monitors prompt response and support for technical issues.
  • Receives activity and progress reports regarding applications systems analysis and programming sections
  • Lead process improvements, cost reduction efforts, tool development to improve the software development and support process in a way that reduces complexity, improves service, and reduces cost.
  • Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high quality, scalable applications to production


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with front-end development using React or Angular, contributing to full stack delivery across the user interface and backend services.
  • A demonstrated ability to research emerging technologies and lead proof of concept initiatives, bringing innovation into the development process in a structured and risk-aware manner.

Base Pay Range: $147,000/yr - $178,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
