Role Description:
• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade JavaJ2EE applications. Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs and gRPC services for scalable systems.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate services using REST, JSON, SOAPWSDL, and XML protocols. Implement APIs using frameworks such as Spri ng Boot, light4j, and gRPC.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support high-volume transactional systems.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability benchmarks.
• Apply and enforce secure coding practices to meet enterprise security standards.
• Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Design and implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached) for performance optimization.
• Work with cloud teams to deploy and manage applications on AzureAWSGCP platforms.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions for large-scale, distributed environments.
• Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in development and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skill Set:
Java Spring Boot (Java21), Microservices REST gRPC, WSDLSOAP, XML, JSON, SQL (advanced), Implement APIs based on architecture frameworks (light4j, Spring Spring boot, gRPC framework), Cache frame work - Redis, IBM MQ, Java Quarkus framework, Cloud experience, System design capability, Secure coding code review experience, BFSI domain knowledge
