Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years of IT project management experience with a focus on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong background in distribution and retail technology environments is essential.
• Direct experience managing M&A integration projects, both business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, including key systems like ERP, WMS, and eCommerce.
• Apply Agile and hybrid methodologies for rapid delivery of business value while ensuring governance.
• Drive planning, execution, risk management, and change control across multiple initiatives.
• Lead IT integration efforts for M&A, including system consolidation and data migration.
• Engage with business leaders to define project success criteria and capture requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes transparently to executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous delivery and improvement.
