Job Description

The Learning Care Talent Development team is seeking an experienced Sr. Instructional Designer to lead curriculum development for one or more programs. This program level leader must be able to think outside the tactical and task execution and be able to see the whole learning landscape for our partners. As they look across this landscape, can design, develop, delivery and strategize to meet business needs for their programs. Programs consist of the whole curriculum from New Hire to tenured leader and all updates, new work, and maintenance that they may require. The ideal candidate will be able to apply advanced adult learning theories into a practical application-based training strategy. Controlling the overall curriculum design for the programs they manage while leading and managing support teams to execute and develop to that strategy. Skills:
  • Proven Instructional Design skills and the ability to write and manage terminal and enabling learning objectives in content.
  • The ability to execute adult learning theories into practical application to align with overall learning strategy. The ability to simply quote adult learning theory is only part of the equation.
