Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 12+ years experience in relevant roles, or 16+ years without a degree.
• 10+ years direct experience as an ISSO or related security role in IC or DoD programs.
• Proficient in customer security tools and operational guidelines.
• Familiar with applicable frameworks, standards, and security policies.
• Solid understanding of server technologies and networking protocols.
• Certifications: IAM Level II or higher (CASP+, CISSP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Enhance system security by supporting information assurance initiatives and enforcing policies.
• Oversee security operations and manage daily aspects of information systems security.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and evaluate security solutions for classified processing.
• Administer configuration management for security software and maintain compliance with security controls.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and oversee lifecycle management activities.
• Provide technical expertise in security policies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing security processes and implementing solutions for resilience.
