Sr. Influencer Manager
Location: Culver City, CA

Reports To: Director of Influencer

Engagement: Full Time (W4)
The Role

Our Influencer team is seeking an experienced Sr. Influencer Manager to support the day-to-day management of influencer requests and client needs for a variety of accounts. With a strong understanding of influencer marketing, entertainment campaigns, and creator operations; you will help drive execution, maintain organization across moving pieces, and ensure client priorities are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing creator programs, talent coordination, contract negotiations, and campaign workflows in a fast-paced entertainment, agency, or media environment. You are comfortable translating client requests into action, collaborating across internal and external teams, and keeping timelines, communications, and deliverables on track.

In this role, you will play a hands-on executional role across influencer planning, outreach support, creator coordination, approvals, and reporting. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal account teams, and external partners to support smooth campaign delivery. Because this role focuses heavily on responsiveness and coordination, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Here's What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across entertainment, consumer products, sports, gaming, and brand clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly from kickoff through reporting.
  • Develop influencer recommendations, talent lists, and campaign approaches aligned with client objectives and budgets.
  • Lead creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, budgets, and status reporting while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Account, Production, Legal, and Analytics teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage communications with creators, agents, managers, and platform partners to keep campaigns moving efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights and post-campaign recommendations for clients.
  • Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members, helping establish best practices, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve influencer processes, tools, and operational efficiencies across the department.
  • Stay current on creator trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to bring fresh thinking and recommendations to clients.
  • Support new business initiatives by contributing to pitches, influencer strategies, and client presentations as needed.
Here's What It Takes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent relations.
  • Entertainment experience in film, streaming, television, or studio marketing strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and approvals across active campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools, and influencer tracking platforms.
  • Availability to work fully remote during PST business hours.
