Full Job Description
What's The Job

Oats Overnight is looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to own our influencer program across brand, performance, affiliate, and retail. You'll inherit a lot of momentum that is already in place and we're looking for someone to optimize it, challenge what's not working, accelerate what is, and build an ecosystem that can quickly scale. You'll manage agency relationships, build out direct creator relationships, and build an affiliate program from the ground up. We're looking for someone who is both strategic and an executor and really understands the influencer landscape and how to leverage data to select the right influencers, optimize creative, and evaluate performance.

What You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part
  • Own omnichannel influencer strategy: You'll own the full creator strategy across brand influencers, performance/CAC influencers for DTC, and influencers to support DTC. You'll define how each tier works, what it's measured on, and how much we spend against it.
  • Scale the program fast: We're looking for someone who can manage a lot at once in order to make influencer a leading muscle in our omnichannel marketing strategy. You'll oversee contract negotiations, sourcing approvals, content approvals, and more.
  • Build out affiliate: You'll partner with other team members to launch affiliate - either homegrown or through an affiliate platform. You'll lead recruiting, commission and incentive structures, tracking and attribution, link and code hygiene, payouts, and ongoing optimization. This includes affiliate through TikTok Shop and Amazon.
  • Build the performance side with rigor: Brief to a hypothesis, test hooks, review results, and reallocate budget toward what actually drives new customers at target CAC.
  • Lead retail influencer initiatives: You'll build programs to drive trial and improve velocities to support key initiatives and accounts.
  • Leverage content across channels: You'll partner with growth, creative, and retention to make sure the best creator assets get repurposed into paid social, email, SMS, Amazon, and on-site.
  • Build a seeding program: Lead product and flavor launches on the creator side. We launch Flavors in Development (FID) every month plus new products, and you'll recommend and execute programs to drive excitement around them.
  • Build the playbook and the systems: Briefing templates, contracts and usage rights, tiering and rate cards, gifting and seeding workflows, tooling and platform selection, tracking and reporting.
  • Manage budget and forecast: You'll own the influencer and affiliate budget, allocate it across brand and performance, and forecast what the program can deliver as it scales.
  • Brand safety: You'll vet partners, manage disclosure and FTC compliance, keep claims accurate and substantiated, and handle the occasional issue with judgment and speed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You've Done and Who You Are
  • 4+ years in influencer, creator, or affiliate marketing - CPG, food, beverage, supplements, beauty, or adjacent DTC preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • You've managed direct relationships with creators and talent managers, negotiated rates and usage rights, and built partnerships that renew.
  • Exceptionally organized - dozens of partners, contracts, deliverables, and deadlines in flight and nothing slips. Operating excellence is the job, not a nice-to-have.
  • Comfortable building from scratch - you've created process, built frameworks, and started things that didn't exist before.
  • Analytically grounded. You're comfortable in the data and can use it to make a case or change direction.
  • Native fluency in the creator landscape - TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Leverages AI tools to help drive efficiency and focus on the work only humans can do.
  • A natural collaborator who can influence without authority - you work well with channel leads, creative teams, and leadership without needing formal power to move things forward.
  • Handles competing priorities without drama. Fast environments energize you; you don't wait to be told what's next.
  • Someone that can partner and influence at all different levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fast moving environment.
  • A relentless drive to get things done.
  • Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking.

Why You Might Like Working Here
  • This is going to be fun.
  • Casual, friendly culture. We're serious about what we do but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
  • Every employee has equity.
  • High growth potential with opportunities to expand.

Why You Might Not Like Working Here
  • It's not a cushy job, the bar is high.
  • We are growing quickly, and have a fast-paced work environment.

Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • You must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
