Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex employee relations issues, from intake to resolution.
• Conduct interviews and gather evidence while documenting findings.
• Provide objective debriefs to HR partners and leadership on investigations.
• Summarize findings in detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Advise HR partners on investigation best practices and training.
• Handle sensitive information discreetly during investigations.
